Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup quick oats (optional but adds texture)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts (or skip for nut-free)

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line a mini muffin tin (24-count).

Mix mashed bananas, butter, honey, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
